A Traditional Ashwagandha Ghee For Reproductive And Sexual Health

The Ayurveda Experience August 26, 2017

Ashwagandha ghee or Ashwagandha ghrita is a classical Ayurvedic formulation that promotes virility and sexual health in both men and women.

The traditional preparation of Ashwagandha ghee is a multi herbal formulation which contains both Ashwagandha, traditionally known for its role in improving fertility and sexual health, and goat meat broth.1 This combination of lipids with protein helps build muscle and improves many aspects of reproductive and sexual health.

Reproductive And Sexual Health In Ayurveda

How To Use Ashwagandha Ghee For Reproductive Health

Before starting any Ayurvedic medicine for reproductive health (Vajikaran) it is always best to undergo Ayurvedic cleansing or panchakarma (Shodan) first. This gives you the best results. After panchakarma (Shodan), Ashwagandha ghee is taken 10 grams, once daily.
